Welcome to Ahh GoGo Wellness / Mobile Yoga & Mindful Living. These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of our website and services. By booking a session or accessing our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Last updated: 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or utilizing our mobile yoga and mindful living coaching services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services immediately.
2. Services Provided
Ahh GoGo Wellness provides mobile yoga instruction (including Restorative, Yin, and Chair yoga) and mindful living coaching. Services are available both in-person (at client-provided locations in North Texas) and online via digital platforms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to book services independently. Minors may participate only with the express written consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian. By booking, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
4. Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or direct contact. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session payment.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change but will be honored for prepaid sessions. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are typically not provided for completed sessions or late cancellations.
6. Health, Safety, and Assumption of Risk
Yoga and physical activity involve inherent risks. You are responsible for consulting with a physician before starting any new exercise program. You voluntarily assume all risks of injury and waive any claims against Ahh GoGo Wellness LLC and its instructors arising from participation.
7. Client Responsibilities
For in-person sessions, clients must provide a clean, safe, and adequately sized space. We expect respectful behavior at all times. We reserve the right to terminate a session immediately without refund if the environment or behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
8. Online Programs and Digital Content
Digital content and online coaching sessions are for your personal use only. Sharing access credentials or redistributing digital materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and instructional materials, is the property of Ahh GoGo Wellness LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ahh GoGo Wellness LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
11. Privacy and Data
